Graduate students and postdoctoral scholars are invited to apply for the 16th International High Performance Computing Summer School, to be held 12-17 July 2026 in Perth, Australia. School fees, meals, and housing will be covered for all accepted applicants. Reasonable flight costs will also be covered for those traveling to and from the school. The application deadline for this expense-paid program is 31 January 2026.
The summer school aims to introduce top students in computational sciences to key advancements in HPC and Big Data Analytics across various scientific fields. It also fosters networking, offers advanced mentorship, encourages international exchange, and broadens future career opportunities.
The 2026 summer school is sponsored by various organizations including EuroHPC Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) in Europe, the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre in Australia, the Digital Research Alliance of Canada, the RIKEN Center for Computational Science in Japan, along with other institutions in South Africa and the U.S.
