The Accelerated Weight Histogram (AWH) method is an improved sampling approach for molecular dynamics simulations, designed to accelerate computationally intensive tasks like sampling protein conformational changes or calculating binding free energies.
In this webinar, researchers Claudia Alleva and Cathrine Bergh from the PDC Center for High-Performance Computing in Stockholm, Sweden, will introduce two new tutorials on using AWH within the GROMACS molecular dynamics engine. These tutorials will show how AWH can be applied to solve real scientific challenges, catering to both beginners and experienced users.
