The national competence center for HPC in the Czech Republic will host a hybrid, hands-on workshop on Parallel Computing with MATLAB and Scaling MATLAB Code to HPC on 8 November 2023.
The workshop consists of two parts. In the morning, the focus will be on parallel computing with MATLAB. In the afternoon, the focus will be on scaling MATLAB code to the HPC cluster. Course participants will be able to use a fully functional MATLAB HPC environment. Participants are required to bring laptops with MATLAB 2023a installed. Raymond Norris and Dr. Shubo Chakrabarti from MathWorks will lead the workshop. Norris has over 25 years of experience at MathWorks and has developed training courses and workshops on MATLAB Compiler, MEX, and Parallel Computing. Chakrabarti supports researchers using MATLAB on online portals, remote databases, and HPC centers.
